2013 Sheffield Nigeria Merit Undergraduate Scholarships (£7,000) for Nigerian Students

The University of Sheffield Nigeria Merit undergraduate scholarship are for Nigerians with excellent academic potential who wish to study for an undergraduate degree at the University in September 2013. The University of Sheffield is one of the UK’s leading Universities and has produced five Nobel Prize winners in history. Many of its alumni have gone on to hold positions of great responsibility and influence around the world.

Duration of Scholarship: The Scholarship is tenable for the whole of the course

Study Subjects:
All undergraduate course of study offered at the university


To be eligible for the Nigeria Merit Undergraduate Scholarships 2013 (£7,000), applicants must be a Nigerian national or permanently domiciled in Nigeria, apply for a study place by Friday 19 April 2013 and hold an offer of a study place for entry in September 2013.

The Nigeria Merit Undergraduate Scholarships 2013 (£7,000) are awarded on the basis of academic merit.

The Scholarship is for Nigerian students ONLY

Scholarship benefits
The scholarships are worth £7,000 of your undergraduate course tuition fee per year. This will take the form of a tuition fee reduction.

Method of Application
If you wish to be considered for one of these scholarships you need to apply. Eligible students will automatically be sent details of how to apply from January 2013 onwards.

Applicants cannot apply for the scholarships before being offered a study place at Sheffield.

The deadline for applications is Friday 26 April 2013, results will be announced by Friday May 31 2013.
